About the CIRP

Blu-Smart Mobility Tech Private Limited (“Corporate Debtor”, “BSMTPL”) is a Private Limited Company incorporated on 09.01.2019. It is classified as non-govt. company and is registered at Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. The Company is engaged in the business of providing customers with a platform, technology services and enable transactions of Hiring of vehicles.

The Hon’ble Adjudicating Authority, National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad initiated Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) of M/S Blu-Smart Mobility Tech Private Limited (BSMTPL) vide its order dated 14.10.2025 under case No. C.P. (IB) NO. - 261/AHM/2025 on application of M/s Lepton Software Export and Research Pvt. Ltd, u/s section 9 of Insolvency & Bankruptcy code, 2016. The Hon’ble Adjudicating Authority inter alia appointed Mr. Pawan Kumar Goyal, Insolvency Professional, having registration no. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00875/2017-18/11473 as Resolution Professional (RP).

In accordance with Section 17 of the Code, upon commencement of CIRP, the powers of the Board of Directors of Blu-Smart Mobility Tech Private Limited stand suspended and are now vested with Mr. Pawan Kumar Goyal (RP). Henceforth, the management and control of the Corporate Debtor lies entirely with Mr. Pawan Kumar Goyal, Resolution Professional of the Corporate Debtor.
